#PostboxSaturday Badges Giveaway

I was delighted to receive an email from Best Badges to say we’d won a Prize Giveaway of 100 badges with any design I’d like, so thought it was a wonderful opportunity to get some official “I Love #PostboxSaturday” ones made to giveaway to fellow #PostboxSaturday fans.

UK #PostboxSaturday Fans:

If you would like one all you need to do is send a self-addressed envelope with a Large Letter stamp on it to The Handwritten Letter Appreciation Society, PO Box 9347, Swanage, Dorset, BH19 9BG, so that I can send one to you. I don’t know how many people will want them but if you wanted to enclose a donation of an additional 1st or 2nd Class stamp it would really help towards costs if I need to get another batch made.

Overseas #PostboxSaturday Fans:

I’m very happy to send them overseas but postage is quite expensive as they need to go as a Large Letter. If you are outside the UK and would really like one please use the PayPal button below and I’ll send one out as soon as possible.

Of course do email me via thlas@outlook.com if you have any questions.

Oh my, no only are you advocating, championing the Handwritten Letter, the noticing of Post Boxes on a Saturday (or any day when needed) but now 3 letters that spark a childhood excitement. That I may receive something in the post. S.A.E. fabulous idea Dinah.

Hehe, yes, when was the last time anyone sent a SAE! Let the good-times (badges) roll! Thanks as always for being such a lovely supporter and friend. Dinah

Dinah, you say the badges need a large letter stamp – I’ve written my sae but the envelope is A5, is that large enough? What size is this badge? All good wishes, Pamela Pollin (hoping to get a badge for my six year old granddaughter, Emily, who has loved writing letters since she was four).

Hi Pamela, The badges are 48mm so an A5 envelope is great. There are plenty left but even if they run out I’ll get another batch made because they are rather lovely. Hope that helps and wonderful to hear about your granddaughter, Emily, and all her letter writing. Warm wishes, Dinah
