As part of the Captain Tom 100 Challenge I thought it would be fun to write 100 postcards for the lovely charity From Me To You who ask people to donate letters to send out to people suffering with cancer.

It was wonderful to see all the messages of support over the four days and to hear that people had donated money to the charity to help buy stamps to send the postcards out.

Over the weekend there were 10 sign ups for their Donate A Letter Scheme, a sign up for their Happy Box and £155 in donations, which was amazing. I was even asked to go on BBC Radio Solent’s Dorset Breakfast Show to talk about how I’d got on over the weekend. You can listen to the interview HERE at about 47 minutes in.
