My goodness … Guernsey and Jersey are “places”? I’m not sure what that means! I think of them as islands a little like Neverland.

Hi Heather! You don’t know how long I deliberated about what to class Guernsey and Jersey as! Places seemed the best option. I suppose technically they’re the Channel Islands but it was nice to list them individually. That would be wonderful if you wanted to join, and yes I hate excluding anyone from a Society mug but it makes them “the most expensive mug in the world” sending them overseas, plus the risk of breakages on a long-haul journey. If you know anyone crossing the pond who could bring one back in their hand-luggage that could work! Happy letter writing, Dinah
